ABOUT THE OWNERS

Hello and welcome!  We are Bruce and Jessica Moore. We were both heavily involved in competitive sports growing up. Bruce played football, soccer and also was really involved in local track racing. Jessica grew up trying a few different sports but found her passion playing softball at the age of 10. We found CrossFit in 2013 and were immediately hooked!  We have spent several years doing local competitions and got involved with coaching in 2016. In September of 2022, we had the opportunity to purchase our existing gym (CrossFit Consolidated) and turn things up a notch!  We have two kiddos who are active is sports and even like to do CrossFit with us! We truly believe in CrossFit methodology and want to encourage and motivate others to be better and healthier than they thought they could be.

Jessica received her CF-L1 in 2016 after being a CrossFit athlete for about three years.  She has since received her CF-L2 and loves helping athletes become healthier and more confident.  She has been a Dental Hygienist for over a decade and is passionate about getting people to understand the importance of overall health.  Bruce and Jessica have been married since 2005 and have two kids (one of them is CrossFit loving too) and they love staying active.

Bruce started CrossFit going all out from day one.  He was immediately hooked to the competitive aspect of it and that is where he thrives.  He enjoys pushing himself and other competitive athletes to a limit beyond what they thought was possible without even having to say a word.  He is a Professional Engineer by day and his attention to detail and cleanliness do not go unnoticed at SAF. Bruce wants to do anything that keeps him active and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Shanna is SAF's early bird coach.  She has been coaching with this team for over 5 years but started her coaching journey in 2013.  Shanna is a dedicated team member who puts her whole heart into her members health.  She is an avid off-road ATV racer and mountain biker when away from the gym.

Amie started doing CrossFit in 2012 and began training in 2017.  She grew up playing sports and running cross country and track in college.  She loves the challenge of CrossFit and also the strong sense of community within the gym.  As a physical therapist she appreciates the benefits of exercise and functional movement and loves helping people achieve their goals.

Sydney is a CF-L1 Trainer who found CrossFit in 2019 and never looked back. Competition and Community are what has helped her get through some hard times and has also helped her thrive in her good times.  Sydney wants nothing more than to help you become a better, more technically sound athlete!
